We worked closely with Mrs Black, her family and Cortex to ensure what we were providing was the correct solution for her needs. I went in two days ago to the Crosshouse showroom and the lady Donna was amazing she helped me sort my walking stick as it was not at the correct height. This helped me out a lot as I wasn’t as sore. Then today I went to see the scooter I was looking for and she was there at the Irvine showroom. This woman is amazing, very kind and also puts you at ease. She helped me with how to put the scooter together and apart and also lifted it into the boot for me very happy. I was so pleased with all the help from everyone else as well.

One of our customers dropped off their scooter battery box yesterday to get his batteries checked. Our engineer tested them and they were faulty so our customer asked us to replace them with new batteries. He was delighted with the price of the batteries and the service he received. Not long after he left our showroom, he posted a review on Google for us. Safe to say, another happy customer 😁

I have just had wonderful service from this company for my wife’s mobility scooter.
We live in Ayr and the scooter was not retaining battery charge so we contacted this Irvine company and will definitely deal with them again.
We were impressed with the professionalism from the initial phone call, the showroom, the workshop, the attitude and helpful staff and the cost of battery test and new batteries was much less than other more local companies.

Thank you both so much for a fabulous afternoon and all your hard work.  Feedback from the residents is certainly positive and they all remarked what lovely ladies you are and staff are saying that too.  One lady said that she felt she was actually in a shop and it felt like a special experience, especially how you both had immense patience in helping to find the right products for everyone.

Two of the resident’s Daughters also wished to express their thoughts on this event:

“Knowing my mum has been expertly fitted for slippers has made my day because they have always found it difficult to find the right sizes, comfort and snug fit. It is also lovely that my mum was able to show some independence in shopping by herself”

Would just to write this cracking review on this company. Was in with my Mum and Cousin getting a mobility bed and mattress. It was absolutely amazing, the help with everything and we got what we needed from Adele and Gail. Great Experience With This Company, Highly Recommend

I approached Thistle Help to consider an adapted wheelchair for my Mum who had a recent stoke and poor postural control. The waiting list for an NHS assessment/chair was extensive and Mum had no comfort or quality of life . Thistle Help couldn’t have been more helpful. Very quickly, Laura came to Mum’s care home, assessed her for a suitable chair and it was with us pretty much straight away. I can’t tell you what a difference this has made to Mums life! The price was reasonable and the aftercare also excellent with Laura phoning to check how Mum was doing with the chair. I’ve been in the shop twice and the staff are so lovely and helpful . We got our 2 chairs delivered and we delighted with them. They are the perfect fit for us both, in different sizes to suit but of the same model. Your guys were so helpful when they delivered and also demonstrated the chairs to us. It was a really good experience from start to completion. I would recommend your sales team and the extremely valuable part of you coming into our home and demonstrating what we were looking to buy. This made the actual purchase certainly more mind settling knowing what we were getting.
