Our Employee of the Month for February was Shara Sneddon. Shara is George’s Personal Assistant and supports him in his role as Managing Director. They look after the finances and oversee the Health & Safety within the business. Shara is very efficient at her role and is the most organised person ever! We recently visited Greenan Manor Care Home in Ayr to offer a Christmas Shopping Experience for the residents and relatives. It was a great day and the residents loved shopping for shoes, slippers, hosiery and much more from the comfort of their own home. There was Christmas tunes playing, we had our Christmas jumpers on and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Well done to George, Siobhan and Shara for completing the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training course through Ayrshire College. Thank you to Danny Gregory for making this course so interesting. We are looking forward to seeing how they can use these tools and processes within our business.
We are exhibiting at the Care Roadshow on 18th April at Hampden Park. Our Care Sector team will be there to promote our business and what we can supply to the care industry including our Loler inspection and servicing. We look forward to meeting Care Sector Personnel on the day.
Our Managing Director and Operations Manager have signed up for Lean Six Sigma course in April through Ayrshire College.
Lean Six Sigma training and certification introduces the use of more complex Six Sigma statistical methods as well as Lean Leadership styles and developing a Lean Culture in the workplace. It will enhance problem solving skills and leadership skills and stimulate them to take positive action for process improvement. George and Siobhan are very much looking forward to doing this course.
