Thistle Help Ltd was founded in 2007 by George Ruddick and Laura Hays in order to provide a comprehensive range of assisted living aids that truly reflects the needs of those who require support with care and mobility.
We offer a range of services including sales, hire and repair of all mobility equipment including adjustable beds, mobile hoists & slings, lift & rise recliners, mobility scooters, manual and power wheelchairs, specialist seating and a wide range of daily living aids.
George Ruddick, our Managing Director, has Cerebral Palsy and has filtered his experience down through the team giving them the tools to understand the needs of the customer. This is vital in our market place as customers need to put trust in us to provide the correct equipment and advice. We have a dynamic team that always strives to provide the best service and products to customers in order to enhance their daily lives.
Our team of 14 staff has been with us for a number of years coming from various backgrounds including the care sector. This provides an all-round knowledge of products, ensuring we assess customersʼ requirements correctly.
